Nya tankar från DEAN!

Dags igen, Our Man In SW6 vill delge sin syn på kommande match och den senaste veckan...

THANKFULLY my prediction for last weekend was wrong and the Super Whites rode home to a superb victory with a good performance.
At last Steve Marlet was on top form and showed exactly what he’s capable of by making both goals and running out a superb man-of-the-match performance.
Steeeeeed and Hayles got the goals to see us through this win and to be honest, apart from the first ten minutes, Rovers never looked like being too much of a threat.

This weekend is a massive game. Walsall away. Very ironic that one of the biggest games of the season so far should come at a club who we were pretty much on par with just a couple of years ago! Despite the difference in club status this will be a tough game. They will really be up for it. This is their Cup Final and they’ll see it is a very good opportunity to make the last 16 of the greatest cup competition in the world. Unfortunately for them,so do we.
With everyone more or less fit and available for selection Tigana will surely put out his strongest side. The feel around the club is that we genuinely have a decent chance of winning the FA Cup this year, and that would truly be a remarkable feat for the club.
I expect Marlet to start up front with Hayles again, in fact I think the starting line up will probably be the same as last week.

The game kicks off at 12 noon, which is never ideal, but the game is live on Sky Sports giving more supporters the chance to watch the game.In fact I believe you are able to watch the game in Sweden which will give you all a proper chance to assess the teams progress and see whether we have the team spirit, which will be needed, to match our unbelievable ability.

On another note international note proved particularly successful for Fulham. Zat Knight made his debut for England under-21’s,Steeeeed scored for France under-21’s, Van Der Sar produced a fantastic display in Holland’s 1-1 draw with England, Steve Finnan played well for Ireland. Andy Melville played his part in a great result for Wales as they help Argentina toa 1-1 draw. However things weren’t quite as good for Maik Taylor as Northern Ireland lost 4-1.

Can’t wait for Saturday and I have to say this is a very hard one to predict. But I’m going to be confident a go for a 2-0 win.

Keep the faith
