Äntligen så fick Leeds lite tur.
Leeds kom undan med blotta förskräckelsen mot Cardiff, men laget lyckades hålla nollan intakt. Sullivan har nu hållit nollan i 8 av dom 14 matcherna som spelats. Men igår så var det nära flera gånger i slutet av matchen att Cardiff gjorde mål. Tre gånger på korttid träffade bollen målramen och hemmalaget missade även en straff under matchen.
Äntligen tur
Kevin Blackwell var efter matchen nöjd med att Leeds äntligen fick ha lite tur med sig. Det har ofta varit Leeds som varit laget med otur.
- We were fortuitous with them hitting the bar a few times but we've not had much luck ourselves so far this season and thankfully we had some this time, säger Blackwell och fortsätter:
- I am a firm believer that you make your own luck and I accept they may have hit the bar three times but so what?
- We've now got eight clean sheets out of 14 and that's the basis on which I am rebuilding this football club.
- If you come away from home and don't get beat then it's a positive and as I have said to my players if we keep defeats to a minimum then we've got a great springboard to build from.
