Mycket ägg blev det, men inte så mycket Eggert...
0-1 mot West Ham smärtar. Mycket. Men samtidigt har man slutat upp att bry sig om årets liga och snarare hoppas att de andra ligalageh Liverpool, Chelsea och ManU inte vinner något av värde. Ty då är stolpillren nära.
Vi förlorade helt osannolikt mot West Ham och en lätt chockad Wenger ger sin bild:
Det var anfall mot försvar hela matchen:"We should have scored 10 and in the end we lost 1-0. It's very difficult to understand how it happened. I feel that we missed early chances, especially one-against-ones with the keeper, then there was always more pressure on the next one to finish it off. Their keeper had a great game. In the end they scored one, although it looked to me [to be] offside. It's very difficult to find a logical explanation for our defeat today because we produced the performance I expected. But it's a little bit of a deceit we have shown the whole season, you know? Creating, creating, creating, and not finishing. I feel it was one-way traffic from the first to the last minute."
Till skillnad från många tidningar så hyllar haninte Robert Green."I have seen a few here but he had a great performance today." Wenger går vidare med att konstatera att det naturligtvis är fjärde platsen som är viktigast och att han kan förstå fansens frustration.
