CSS info: Agenda för Supporterklubbs träff i London.
CSS ej representerat på mötet.
CSS kommer inte att närvara under säsongens första Supporterklubbs möte på Stamford Bridge i helgen, eftersom det blev helt enkelt för nära inpå Dixonhelgen som var. Dock har vi fått med en del punkter på agendan, så det ska bli intressant att se vad utfallet blir.
AGENDA
Supporters Club Meeting
Sat 22nd November @ 5pm
1. Supporters club ticket allocation --- in shed upper & atmosphere
2. Marketing supporters clubs through the club to new and existing members.
3. To advise clubs who are the Supporters Club representatives on the fans forum.
4. What is the clubs view on the reduction in the number of affiliated clubs?
5. Are there any plans to improve the benefits to affiliated clubs and their members?
6. Are there any plans to amend the number of members to reach Silver and Gold status.
7. The development on the Supporters Club merchandise.
8. Training ground visits to Cobham either prior the start of the season or a half term midweek day.
9. The validity of having a Supporters Club.
10. Can season ticket holder count as part of the Supporters clubs numbers and benefits i.e. ticket requests?
11. Can clubs request their signed merchandise for a specific date i.e. for a raffle?
12. Can clubs be advised how members are to renew their membership earlier for next season? Is it possible to revert back to system where clubs send in applications as a group so they can keep accurate records?
13. Can the away allocation be increased for the high profile matches i.e. Arsenal, Fulham etc. also can an allocation be given to other competitions.
14. Members from outside of a Supporters Clubs area, can they become members of a Supporters club therefore obtain tickets through the club so families and friends can sit together.
15. Are there any plans to move the away fans from the Shed as this area is so close to the family section? This can be intimidating for our junior and senior fans.
16. Family section, there is a constant frustration in this area that you can not purchase beer, knowing that there are children in this area, but there are also many adults as well.
17. What do we get for our £250 Gold membership? Why was it taken when we had been advised that only Silver would be active this season.
18. Loyalty Points
• Can loyalty point be appointed at a different level for Europe and rest of world clubs to the UK.
• All gold and silver clubs each get an allocation of 10 tickets for the loyalty matches regardless of points.
• How can we overcome the problem of when points are reduced more than once the allocation of tickets being allocated in different stand so therefore splitting up families and friends?
