Notiser (2): Frank tackar och Silly Season är här
Frank Lampard har tackat för utmärkelsen som årets spelare. Vi tänkte även meddela att Silly Season nu är tillbaka och vi självklart har förberett oss väl.
LAMPARD PRISAD
Harry Redknapp, Ken Bates, Claudio Ranieri, José Mourinho och Roman Abramovitj. Alla fick de ta emot tack när Frank Lampard prisades som årets spelare. På torsdag kväll fick Lampard vid en ceremoni slutligen ta emot sitt pris som årets spelare av fotbollsjournalisterna. Här är oöversatt delar ur Lampards tacktal:
"A massive thank you must go to Harry Redknapp, there were some difficult times for me as a player at West Ham. I really respect the fact that he stuck with me and that he played me week in week out."
"Ken (Bates) took a chance on me, he and Claudio Ranieri had belief in me and without that things might have gone differently. Claudio was the man who made the decision, and he improved my game in the three years I played under him."
"For this year I have to thank Roman Abramovich. He could have been just a businessman, but he comes into the changing room win or lose and shows emotion and that really means a lot to the players."
"I cannot say enough about the man as a manager. He has ultimate confidence in himself and the amazing thing he has is that he managed to transmit that into the players around him. He has given me real belief, and I thank him for that."

Silly Season här
Nu har vi åter satt upp en Silly Seasonavdelning, en sida för de som är på väg in och en för de som kommer förlora äran att bära en Chelseatröja. På startsidan finns det två "puffar" (rutor) på höger sida som leder till sidorna men "Silly-sidorna" kommer även hoppa högst upp på nyhetssidan när ett nytt rykte inkommit så ni behöver inte oroa er för att missa något (oj, blev många sidor på en gång där).
