"PICTURED here are four members of the Swedish Toffees presenting Tim Cahill with a special award at Goodison Park.
Per Malm (making the presentation) explained a bit more about the Swedish Toffees: "It's all started about six years ago when a Swedish website made it easier for the supporters of different clubs around Europe to meet on the net.
There are not that many Evertonians in Sweden compared to other teams and we are widely spread across the country but soon we had about 100 Swedish Toffees hanging out in the forum at the site. We've already had three trips to Goodison and our last one was to the fantastic match against Sunderland. Fifteen of us arrived on the Friday morning and we rented a bus to go on tour of the Everton history! We went to places like the Tower, Bellefield, St Domingo Road, Finch Farm and lots of more interesting places."
The Swedish Toffees award being accepted by Tim is an annual prize with a difference.
"We wanted something different from a normal Player of the Year award so we have decided to have a different category each year," said Per. "This year we had the theme "Biggest Blue Heart" and we were thrilled to be able to present it in person."
