Klubben tecknar nya sponsoravtal
Newcastle United behålller sin huvudsponsor Northern Rock fyra år till medan man byter ut Adidas mot PUMA som tröjtillverkare.
I sommar går Newcastle Uniteds två största sponsoravtal ut och det glädjer nog alla involverade i klubben då pengarna från dessa är sedan lång tid tillbaka spenderade på skit, i folkmun även kallat Michael Owen.
Det är därmed tid att återigen kunna tillgodoräkna sponsorpengar i framtida säsongers intäkter och nu står det klart vilka det är som förser oss med pengarna. Först ut har Northern Rock som beträtt våra spelares bröst sedan 2004 tecknat ett nytt fyraårs avtal med klubben. Värdet på avtalet sägs uppgå till max £10 miljoner totalt.
Vidare så har det fjorton år långa samarbetet med Adidas kommit till sitt slut. Eller ja, det gör det i sommar. Därefter kommer PUMA förse klubben med bollar, vattenflaskor, träningsoveraller, souvenirerna och matchtröjor.
