Darren Way nära Yeovil: nu helt klart!

"There's nothing definite at the moment, but there's a strong possibility that Darren could go back to Yeovil on loan. They are struggling with injuries and are looking for midfielders. Because people know about our squad they ask us, and Yeovil have asked about Darren."

Way stannar i Yeovil Town till 1 januari 2008.

Manager Martinez:
"We've been delighted with his progress and he is now 100 per cent fit. But now he needs to get match fit. There are a number of midfielders ahead of him at the moment so my worry would be to keep him waiting when he needs to get some first team games under his belt. It's an ideal move for him because Yeovil is his own environment and they love him down there. He's a hero. It's the perfect opportunity for everyone because he can return to us on January 1 match fit and ready to compete for a first team place.''

Way:
"I'm feeling better now than I've ever felt, which is good because I've got a lot of football to catch up on. To say I've had a nightmare with injuries since I've been at swansea would be an understatement. I've been very low at time. The worst thing is that I haven't been able to show the Swans fans exactly what I can do. It's like any job; when you go to work, you want to do well and do your job to the best of your ability. I haven't been able to do that. But the whole experience has made me stronger and more determined to get to where I want to be. When I left Yeovil I wanted a challenge, but I never envisaged having as many challenges as I've had - and certainly not as hard.''
