Sydneysupportern Glen om Jamieson: "He will return that passion on the pitch"
Alltid Blåvitt fick tag på ett hängivet fan till Western Sydney Wanderers och frågade denne några frågor om vårt nyförvärv Scott Jamieson.
How would you describe Scott as a player?
- Scott as a player is someone who really puts everything he has into he's matches. The passion we share as fans is the same passion as he shows us on the pitch. If we don't win, you see the disappointment on his face, he knows he's let the fans down.
Is he good enough, or too good, for the swedish Allsvenskan?
- Im not too familiar with the league over in Sweden, but I do know he was a standout defender for the a-league and not just for the wanderers. So any team the picks him up should be very happy. If he puts in as much effort as he did for us then im sure you guys will see how great of a buy he was.
How do you feel about WSW selling him?
- Not very happy that western sydney have sold him. Out of all our defensive players he is the one I would have kept in the team. Not many players put in the effort he did week in week out. Filling his position will be very difficult I think.
Do you think he can keep develop and take a bigger step in his career?
- If he plays to his potential and shows the Swedish league how solid he is then yes I think he can take another step further in his career. He is very tough physically and mentally so I believe that will work as an advantage for him. The a-league is a fairly physical league so im sure he will prove his worth.
Do you have a message to IFK Gothenburg fans about Scott?
- My message to the fans would be embrace his as one of your own as we did. He will return that passion on the pitch and you will see why he was a fan favourite in western sydney.
