But we have not successfully bought from the theGigastore.com!!!
We ordered the following articles (ref below) knee high sock, short and t-shirt. All in the colour yellow.
But we recieved orange knee high socks and some orange t-shirts (the t-shirts size XL)...!?
How will you make this right? What is next step regarding this not successfull purchase from the theGigastore.com?

We did not ordered articles in orange colour. We ordered the articles in yellow colour. Yet some of the recieved articles were orange (wrong)!

We well understand your email but we not have in our warehouse this articles in orange color, consequently is strange for us that you received article in orange colour. For this reason we ask you to send us a photo in attachment by email.
Probably you received articles with 2 different intensities of yellow color.
Please, you can confirm us that the articles that you received a different color are: 301V3L0 909 10 (10 pieces) and 3009YC0 903 XL (3 pieces with name and numer: ZENGA 1,KRYDDAN 9,SEMLAN 15)?
If you can send us a photo of the articles that you received (a comparation between correct and incorrect color), you will give us a big help for to signal your inconvenient to our Crontol Quality office.

Check the attached pictures for confirmation!
I confirm that the articles I received with wrong colour (orange) are three (3) shorts and three (3) t-shirts XL with name and number: ZENGA 1, KRYDDAN 9, SEMLAN 15)!
I also confirm that I recieved wrong colours regarding the knee high sock articles. All those articles are orange (wrong)!

Thank you very much for the photo that you send us.
As we wrote in our previous email you not received articles in orange color but are 2 different intensities of yellow color.
I spoke and discussed this problem with our Quality Control and they told me that reason of this inconveniet has caused to the fact that you have received articles deriving from 2 different productions, arrived from 2 different supply and in 2 different times.
Now we ask to our Quality Control to verify if in our warehouse we have a disposition socks and kit xl in the same color of the kit M and L.
We update you as soon as possible with the information that we will receive from our Quality Control for give you the correct assistence and to avoid to newly send articles in substitution in wrong color.
