Thank you very much for the confirmation of the reception.
We not idea what type of intensity of yellow color you mean for "Yellow Towell", but a thing is sure, our Decoration Center to controlled the intensities of color of the different size, they found and sent to you 3 kit in the same intensity of color of the others size.
I have personally seen the 3 kit in substitution (when they arrived on our warehouse with my collegue of Quality Control office) that has been sent you and they were not in orange color (for to use the same terminology that you have used in past).
Now, if you not happy of the articles we are disposal to take back all the articles and refund you all the pieces, not others substitution we will manage (because we not have others intensity of yellow color in our warehouse).
We will contact DHL for to organize with you the pick up of the 18 pieces to return us to our charge.
Please you adive us if you return us also the others pieces.
