Olvestad scored the first goal of the season for the Lightning, but hasn´t had one since. He only has four assists in 35 games but must be a very good defensive player because he is a plus 6, which is second on the team. He is very fast and a good forechecker.
His biggest weakest is stick handling ability...he´s used to euro hockey rinks that are just bigger for him to move the puck effectively. In time, he´ll mature and work on that skill.

Mats Sundin, Maple Leafs
Mats Sundin - kung och lagkapten i Toronto Maple Leafs. Nyförvärvet Mogilny som stod för målskyttet i New Jersey Devils förra säsongen står för något annat i år för det är Sundin som hänger kassarna. Alan håller med;
Many can agree that Mats Sundin is the heart and soul of the Maple Leafs. He has often been compared to Steve Yzerman of the Detroit Red Wings in that although he is more than willing to be vocal in the locker room, Sundin´s way of leadership is to lead by example on the ice. Sundin showed this on-ice dominance more than ever in the 2001 playoffs, scoring 13 points in 11 games, including the overtime winner in the Leafs 1-0 victory over the Ottawa Senators in overtime in game one of the quarterfinals, which turned the tables on the series completely. Sundin has consistently averaged a point a game in every season of his career (including the playoffs), and now is third in the NHL in scoring.

Marcus Nilson, Panthers
Mackan, som gör sin 4:e säsong i NHL gör inte allt för mycket väsen i Florida. Men han jobbar hårt, och förra året blev belöningen en plats i Pavel Bures kedja. Josh säger så här:
He is a hard worker, goes to the boards to get the puck and can contribute some goals. Took a long time for him to develope, but he finally seems to be working out. Did great last year on the top line with Bure and Kozlov. Normally plays on the Wing. Was tried out as 2nd line center.

Vladimir Orszagh, Predators
Vladi kom till Djurgården efter ett par tunga säsonger i NHL, och lämnade sen Djurgården efter bara ett år för att söka lyckan i Nordamerika igen, och visst går det bättre nu, Mike O´Neil är glad att Nashville tog chansen;
The Nashville Predators got a steal when they picked up Vladimir Orszagh off waivers from the New York Islanders. Vladimir is an exciting young player who can cover all aspects of the game. Although he is not that big, he is not afraid to go dig in the corners or go head to head with larger player. He moves well with and without the puck. He is an elusive skater and is just starting to show his offensive potential. He should be a player to watch in the next few seasons as he continues to develope.

Marcus Ragnarsson, Sharks
Ragnarsson är numera en veteran i NHL och har haft en stadig plats i San José Sharks laguppställning sen ankomsten 1996, Josh gillar Rags och tycker att han är viktig i San José;
Rags being one of the older players on the Sharks are a great leader and great for the younger players especially on defense. And not only is he a great leader but one of the hardest workers and is always there to stop the oddman rush.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Daniel Tjarnqvist, Trashers
Daniel var Elitseriens gigant förra året, nu så är det ombytta roller i NHLs sämsta lag. Robert och Brad ser dock något guldskimmrande i Tjärna;
Daniel Tjarnqvist is the worst member of the worst defensive corps in the NHL. Coming over from the non-checking Swedish elite league, Daniel is having trouble with the NHL smaller rink and NHL style of play. He doesn´t clear the front of the net, doesn´t use his large frame to check anyone, and is having trouble staying with his man and is having trouble with too many turnovers. Daniel is going to have to learn to play more physical, absorb and give out hits, and control and move the puck better in order to become a legitimate NHL defenseman.
Tjarnqvist has been sat a few times this season because he wasn´t being physical enough. Lately he has done better, but still needs to hit the weight room so he can take on the larger, stronger, and more skilled forwards of the NHL. He is a gifted offensive defensman who has shown sparks when he is skating with the puck through the neutral zone and joining the rush on the offensive side of things.
