Al Harrington satte säsongsbästa 31 poäng när Denver Nuggets slog Toronto Raptors och såg till att George Karl fick sin historiska seger nummer 1000.

George Karl är, efter nattens seger, en av av blott sju coacher som har vunnit 1000 matcher som tränare i NBA. Efter matchen lät han både stolt och lite lättade över att milstolpen är passerad.
- I just felt together with them. I felt connected with them. A lot of times during the NBA season the coach and the players are not really connected, they are fighting a lot and this was a moment, I think, not only on the court, but in the locker room afterward. There was a great connection. It feels good. It'll feel good for the next couple of days and then we'll get onto improving our NBA record and not worrying about George Karl.
Denver satte otroliga 74 poäng i den första halvleken, ett bottenrekord för hemmalaget Toronto Raptors som ser ut att gå en tung säsong till mötes. - He's one of the best coaches I've played for. He's all about winning, he's all about playing the right way and sharing the basketball and everybody having their opportunities out there. I believe that's the way you win basketball games. Obviously, with 1,000 wins, he knows what he's doing.
