Lescott och Irwin uttagna i säsongens All Star Team
Wolves fick två spelare med i säsongens PFA All Star Team för division 1: mittbacken Joleon Lescott och högerbacken Denis Irwin.
PFA (Professional Footballers Association) tar varje säsong ut ett All Star Team för division ett. Denna gång fanns två Wolves-spelare med: Joleon Lescott och Denis Irwin.
PFAs officiella uttalande om Denis Irwin löd: "Irwin made the move to Molineux in the summer after spending 13 successful seasons at Manchester United. He has been as committed and consistent as ever, playing an integral role in guiding Wolves into the play-off zone."
Och om Lescott: "The England Under-21 international has been a rock at the heart of Wolves backline this campaign and the Birmingham-born centre-back looks set for a long and illustrious career in the game."
