Man City Away - Sat 16th October 2005

As we all expected it would be, this is a very, very popular away trip.
All in all, without any canvassing, we have 64 people who want to travel on the 51 seat away coach. Last season it was 43.
With at one time or another over 130 different people travelling on the away coach, over-subscription was bound to happen one day. In a lot of ways it shows just what a successful, enjoyable experience everyone who has travelled on the away coach since 1997 has made it.
Coach + Minibus = All 64 Can Travel
Although we tried way back in the summer to hire the 75-seater double-decker coach it is already booked out on a day trip to Blackpool. Instead we have our usual 51 seater and, to make sure everyone can travel, we are hiring a minibus to run in convoy with the main Cedars Coach. (The minibus be notified to the Police just the same as the away coach and have the same escorts)
Who sits where??
Anyone who only really wants to travel only on the main coach, not the minibus, though need not worry at all as we already we have enough volunteers for the mini bus
Everything and everyone will be sorted out before we leave Coachway, Milton Keynes.
A Message to Pass On Please
The important message to pass on is this please. Sorry but only the people listed are booked onto this trip. Unlike all the others we have run (and probably those in the future) just turning up on the day and expecting to get on can't be possible.
If everyone could please pass this on to anyone in your area who isn't on email it would help a lot thanks.

Outbound: 13:00 to 15:30 (approx.) The Swan, Wilmslow, Cheshire where we will also be meeting with 35 members of 'Chelsea Upnorf'. The live Sky game will be on and hot meals are normally available.
Inbound - 15 mins Holmes Chapel for shop.
