CFC:s magiska kväll: Chelseas reaktioner

Det fanns många hjältar i blått. Här är några av dem:

José Mourinho:
"I enjoyed that last night even more than previous games that were more important," he explained. I didn't celebrate in the same way after last season's win in the final because it was 3-0. We were calm because we knew we were on the way to victory. But last night was different. The game was changing every five minutes. We started 2-1 down, then we were 3-0 up on the night, then Barca changed the game again. I was just about to put Robert Huth on at centre forward when we scored so I put him on at centre half ! It was a game full of emotion until the last seconds. Had they scored in the last seconds we'd have gone out. That's why it felt so good to win."

John Terry:
"What a great feeling. It's right up there with the best. Our pitch is a lot tighter than the one at the Nou Camp and we knew that, if we could put them under pressure, they wouldn't like it. I don't care about the things their players said before the game. Today is about Chelsea."

Frank Lampard:
"The idea that we're boring and unexciting was shown to be wrong. I thought that all the talk from Barcelona between matches was strong because it was only half-time. I think that's part of the reason why we started so strongly. It gave us an extra edge. Some of Barcelona's possession play was fantastic but the game's not all about possession.

"I was still confident at half-time that we would win the game. We just had to be patient. Barcelona have done a lot of talking but we were clever enough to realise that there were 90 minutes to go. The performance we put in shows we're a top, top team. We've been confident all season with the way things have been going but it means nothing if you don't get through to the final. Last year we played well in some games but didn't go all the way and we want to make up for that."

Joe Cole
"I'm just so happy to be part of a great game like that. I love to watch Barcelona play but we were the better team this time. I would think that a game like that would live long in the memory of every Chelsea fan. It's the reason you play football and I would think there's some nine-year-old kids out there who watched that on TV and said 'I want to be a footballer.'

"Some of things which were said gave it an extra edge and the win was sweet but I don't want to say anything else about a great club and some great players, real legends in the game. Our next match is against West Brom which will be a bit different but we have to make sure there is no hangover after this match. The Premiership is still our top priority. That is how your season is judged. Personally I'm feeling really fit now because I've been playing regularly. I'm just happy to be playing for one of the beat teams in the world and for a manager who has confidence in me. Hopefully, even with Arjen Robben back fit, I've given the manager something to think about."
