Dean är här igen! Läs om The cup och den så viktiga matchen som väntar!

Strange times at the Cottage at the moment. On one hand the club is one game away from reaching the Fa Cup Final for only the second time in our history. And on the other we have lost our last 5 league games and all of a sudden we are watching the teams below us rather than the teams above.

The Semi Final is sure to be a fantastic day in our history and even if we do lose at Villa Park it will be a great day. We have received around 19000 tickets for the clash and although their were initial doubts over whether we'd sell our full allocation due to the horrendous time and venue, it now looks as though we'll sell out without too much trouble.
To be honest this is probably the best draw we could have got. I certainly would not fancy our chances against Arsenal, or Newcastle considering their recent form, and although Boro seems the easiest on paper they are ever improving under Steve McLaren and they did of course beat us last month.
Ther lads and supporters will be really up for this game and I honestly feel that we can do it. I said not too long ago that there was a feeling through the whole club that this could be our year and I stand by that now.

Looking to this weekend it is almost a six pointer. A few weeks ago we were on par with Spurs but now they are still looking to Europe whereas we are looking over our shoulders at a relegation battle which is the last thing we want.
I feel quietly confident over the game, especially as they have lost their last four games, and i just hope that the lads can give us a really good performance. We do look a much better side at home and hopefully we can take 3 points from this game and ease our relegation fears which are unavoidably at the back of our minds.
Prediction: 2-1.

Keep the faith.
