Sorenson 7, not at fault for the goals, a couple of good saves. Not sure with some of the punches though.

DLC 5, not the quality despite plenty of effort.

Mellberg 7, worked hard throughout.

Johnson 6, played well, but too injury prone and slowing up perhaps!?

Samuel 7, played well until the last 30 minutes,
then dozed off in patches. Love the hair though!

Barry 8, battled, was a real engine and supplied the killer ball for goal one.

Solano 8, class. Involved in most of the good play.
Hitz 7, great goal, got stuck in.

Hendrie 6, did run his socks off until he cramped up and was subbed. I truly believe now that he gives 100%. The 100% isn't good enough imho, but it isn't his fault we don't have a quality central midfield.

Vassell 4, despite the goal, despite getting in the right positions, his misses and not time wasting at the end cost us the game. He produced more questions than answers yesterday and it wouldn't shock me to see
him sold. Alan Smith would have scored those all day long.

Angel 5, got stuck in, worked back a fair bit to win the ball but you can't miss those chances. Proved far too costly.

Dublin 5, caught out, not the grade in a premiership defence. Sorry, this should be his final season.

Luke Moore 8, promising and bright. Not over awed at all. Shame he didn't run on and shoot but did t it up for Angel brilliantly.

Whittingham 6, ok.

DOL and Roy Aitkin 7. The agony and the ecstasy. (Bruce took the banter from the Holte End very well!).

Villa Crowd 10. Sang our hearts out. Deserved better.

Sty Dwellers 5. Shhhhh. Oh, sing when they get a goal and celebrated like they had won on the second.

Winter 7, competent, not over awed.

Chicken Pie 8, much better, warmer and tastier than the last one. Nice Sunday lunch. Two cokes needed this week, I had nearly lost my voice by the end of the first half.
