Puma v1.10 - inspired by African players

PUMA launches the v1.10 boot, an evolution of its successful predecessor the v1.08, featuring the second generation of PUMA’s revolutionary shoemaking technology built to enhance performance and speed.

Inspired by the genuine qualities of African players, the v1.10 features a unique appearance and design. The new boot features a one-piece outsole, providing stability, support…and speed.

The lacecover not only adds to the look, but creates a smooth kicking surface, ensuring players can get the best from their game. The extreme lightweight v1.10 boot features an advancement of PUMA’s revolutionary UNI technology, in which the upper is stitched – not glued or lasted – to the sole, and the boot’s construction provides an industry leading glove-like fit that allows the upper to perfectly mould to the player’s foot. Created with one thing in mind, the v1.10 gives players the confidence to be the fastest.

The made its global debut on the pitches around the world on September 25, 2009. The v1.10 boot will be worn by PUMA players including David Bentley, Nicholas Anelka, Samuel Eto’o and Michael Kightly.
